• EU - NON VAT registered = You are from European Union and you do not have valid VAT number (VAT will be counted)
• EU - VAT registered = You have valid EU VAT number - please write it into National Tax ID field (VAT will NOT be counted)
• Other countries = You are out of EU (VAT will NOT be counted)

Touring : FLHRX, FLHP, FLHTP, FLTRXP, FLHTK, FLTRK, FLHTCUTG, FLRT, FLTRT
